Kristin has an academic background that combines sustainable resources and economics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics – Sustainable Development from SLU and a master’s degree in Sustainable Resources and Policy from University College London. Previously, Kristin worked in business development and project management at Too Good To Go, where she focused on reducing food waste in Sweden.
