Claire is a land and development professional with 20 years’ experience and has a proven track record in land acquisition and consent delivery. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has project managed multiple large scale wind farm Environmental Impact Assessments and major planning applications during her time with leading UK consultancies; she specialises in land acquisition coupled with the delivery of complicated consents. Since joining the UK team in 2021 she has worked on land acquisition and contracts across the UK business alongside being a member of the senior leadership team across the wider business.
